What Is the Executive Search & Recruitment Process?

A comprehensive search is both immediate and inclusive. We begin by defining position specifications and orienting with your business procedures and operations. We limit the number of concurrent assignments, and prioritize the rapid completion of your search. After our initial discussion, Braverman and Associates will identify potential candidates with relevant experience and begin the executive search and recruitment process.
